In doing so, she/he will evolve the role of Randstad from a business primarily concerned with providing staffing and recruitment solutions to an enabler of our value proposition: an authoritative source and a global reference point for end to end workforce solutions & knowledge; in line with our 3P approach People, Profits, PlanetThe incumbents will work closely with the Director of Executive Search and other functions like marketing, HR, BCD, & finance to realize the overall vision and mission of the LOB. The collaborative and consultative nature of the role requires a capacity to work with people at all levels in the organization and with people from many cultural backgrounds.She / he will also coordinate (when necessary) with Randstad Colleagues from across the globe.What a typical day at work would look like?- Support principal consultant/Associate Principal consultants/Partners on executive search recruitment providing indepth recruiting strategies, candidate assessments, tracking metrics and market intelligence to client hiring managers & internal stakeholders.- Build trust with both active and passive talent as a tenacious hunter of talent with deep sourcing and market research skills.- Provide strategic direction and counsel to client executives and senior human resources managers regarding recruiting trends, concerns and possibilities for opportunistic hiring, to ensure a positive client experience.- Manage a thoughtful candidate engagement experience, treating every candidate with respect and care- Ensure the presentation of high quality executive candidates in accordance with diversity and regulatory goals- Manage and conduct thorough reference and background checks on final candidates.- Construct and negotiate complex executive offer packages and facilitate executive onboarding experience to set the new hires up for success.- Manage client expectations and other stakeholders across the lifecycleKey Responsibilities- Market Research:Conduct in depth market research to identify emerging trends, key players, and talent pools within specific industries.Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and talent demands to provide valuable insights for strategic decision making.- Candidate Mapping:Utilize various sourcing techniques to map potential candidates, including direct sourcing, networking, and database mining.Build comprehensive candidate profiles outlining relevant skills, experience, and career aspirations to support the recruitment process.- Client Meetings:Collaborate with the executive search team to schedule meetings with clients for candidate presentations, project updates, and strategy discussions.Serve as a liaison between clients and the recruitment team, ensuring seamless communication and addressing any client queries or concerns.- Industry Presentations:Prepare and deliver engaging industry presentations to clients, showcasing market insights, talent trends, and recruitment strategies.Customize presentations to align with client needs and preferences, highlighting relevant case studies, success stories, and value propositions.- Relationship Management:Cultivate strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders to foster trust, collaboration, and long term partnerships.Proactively address client feedback, concerns, and expectations to enhance satisfaction and drive business growth.- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of market research findings, candidate profiles, client interactions, and project updates using designated systems and tools.Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), project milestones, and recruitment metrics.Skills / Experience needed shall be:- Proven experience in market research, talent sourcing, or executive search within the recruitment industry- Strong understanding of various industries, market dynamics, and talent landscapes- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment software/tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting software and candidate databases)- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and persuasively- Proficiency in managing very senior stakeholders CXO levels- Candidate & Client focus along with relationship building skills- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities- Integrity and confidentiality- Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering high quality results and exceeding client expectations.- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.What do you bring with you?Education Qualifications: Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 4 + years of experience in Content Writing, Research or Executive Search
