To understand the hospital network, purchase department, pharmacy department and other departments which influence the decision in hospital related purchases2. Identify the key decision maker, particularly the budget decision maker for pharmacy/hospital purchases3. Identify the influencers in the hospital hierarchy for decisions related to budget and purchase4. Call upon the head pharmacy & other stakeThe key roll and responsibilities would be as under:1.
