Role and Responsibilities:
- To Open Opportunities for The range of the organization's surveillance solution and service
- Identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and formulate effective strategies to penetrate new markets and industries
- Leverage connects and relationships to build a steady pipeline of customers
- Continuously review and optimize sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and improve win rates
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of competitor
- Set clear performance expectations, establish sales metrics and KPIs, and monitor individual performance regularly
Skill Set & Personality Traits:
- Should have a pleasing and smart personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Must be Ethical, Process oriented and driven by results
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at the CXO level of customer organisation
- Strong exposure to corporate sales
- Strong exposure to relationship sales and working with System integrators. Channel sales exposure will be an added advantage.
