Identify and manage local distributors
Forecasting, budgeting and monitoring business activities.
Reporting business updates to firm Medical HQ weekly
Coordinate technical service issues with firm local service department and firm Medical HQ.
Coordinate regulatory affairs, production, R&D and clinical between local and firm Medical
HQ.
Recruit and manage local Key Opinion Leaders to support marketing and clinical initiatives,
such as speaking engagements, product benchmark studies, testimonials, and training
workshops
India as the primary work territory
Experience Needed:
5-10 years sales and marketing experience in Urology capital equipment or similar medical
field in India, China, and/or South East Asia
Personal direct sales experience of medical devices to hospitals and private offices
Forecasting and budgeting
Working with medical and scientific opinion leaders
Familiar with clinical studies and regulatory approvals for medical devices
Bachelor& degree in business or engineering disciplines
Personal Characteristics:
A proven performer and self-starter
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally; comfortable with
both formal and extemporaneous presentations.
Technically and clinically proficient in the laser medical field or with high-tech medical
devices
Confidence in discussing products and applications with medical professionals
