- Owning and detailing the blueprint of growth of the business unit.
- Developing implementation strategy for business expansion.
- Delivering on the revenue and profitability aspirations of the business.
- Work cross-functionally and establish strong, positive working relationships with direct reports, and other departments of the business
- Ensuring fulfillment of contract deliverables, quality of service, meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Managing engagement budgets, schedules and compliances while ensuring efficiency in team performance.
- Bring in best practices and establish metrics across processes to monitor performance – key performance indicators to be established across services, operations, internal processes and delivery.
- HO coordination to ensure availability of capital, effective and efficient deployment of capital, and oversight of potential client risk assessment.
- Monitoring and managing financial risk associated with contracts, proactively taking actions to minimize risk, setting up risk mitigation systems, high-risk client management.
- Represents the company at external functions, including business meetings, networking events, and conferences
- Assists with workforce planning, supports positive employee engagement, proactively addresses performance concerns, and provides coaching and mentoring opportunities to motivate and lead team members in their career development.
