Roles and responsibilities:
- Summarize and consolidate financial data to produce comprehensive reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts meticulously, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation of financial transactions and accounts, facilitating transparency and audit readiness.
- Oversee tax compliance procedures, including filing GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and PT returns, while also reviewing contracts for financial implications.
- Prepare and present business activity reports, providing insights into operational performance and financial health.
- Generate periodic financial reports for stakeholders, aiding in strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices, implementing necessary adjustments to financial procedures and reporting.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Skills required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting and tax preparation software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Familiarity with Tally software, providing an additional advantage
Qualifications required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business Administration required / MBA / M.com
