To be responsible for Website Development, Maintenance and Enhancement
To be responsible for management of all Social Media Platforms (Facebook, etc.) and Online Reputation
Management.
To drive digital campaigns including Google Ad words, Paid Facebook ads & any other digital marketing avenues
like Re Marketing / Paid posts on health portals, In House Digital Media ( Digital Kiosks, OOH, etc.) and any
other Online Marketing opportunities like Just Dial, Practo,Ziffy
To manage sourcing of content for blogs, web pages, articles, media releases, in coordination with units and
concerned doctors for the same.
To develop testimonial videos, promotional videos and other digital content forpromotions.
To ensure effective ROI from the Website and Digital Marketing agencies are achieved.
To effectively coordinate within and outside the team including stakeholders at units and doctors to ensure
maximum Digital Marketing deliverables are achieved for the organisation
To explore new and direct Marketing opportunities, Co-marketing and Co-branding opportunities
To take lead in starting new Central Marketing, Branding and Media Buying initiatives
To ensure that leads generated through digital media are managed properly so that they are converted to
generate more business
To handle end to end responsibility of the Marketing CallCentre
To be responsible for media buying including TV, Radio, Newspaper, Outdoor, Magazines, etc. and ensuring
seem less coordination with various agencies and publications
To prepare digital marketing budget, plan and execute thesame
To effectively coordinate with multiple vendors like Advertisement agencies, media houses and Web
Development Companies for digital and traditional promotion ofbusiness.
To carry out any other work assigned by the management

To ensure career development and succession planning for team members.
To attend department meetings as and when conducted and actively participate inaudits.

To be responsible for hiring, promotions, increments, discipline related actions for theteam
Training Related:
To ensure a detailed departmental induction is conducted for all new employees in the team and routinely
reviewed with Training Manager and mentee.
To conduct mandatory technical trainings and assist the Training team in ensuring the appraisal identified
trainings are duly covered for all team members.
To maintain relevant training documentation- Training Attendance, Feedback Forms & Evaluation for each
training conducted
To recommend trainings and skill enhancement requirements to the Training team as and whenrequired.The list of duties and responsibilities mentioned above isindicative, not exhaustive. To ensure coverage of 6 training hours for the team and self.
Quality Related
To be responsible for overall QA program and the tracking of Key Performanceindicators.
To maintain Quality Indicators and to analyze the trend and suggest improvementplans.
To ensure that incident reports are initiated and duly closed within the given TAT and appropriate preventive
actions are implemented.
To maintain a feedback register with corrective and preventive measures.
To assist in conducting NABH general awareness training for the team & conduct departmental internal audit
as per the audit check list.
To ensure the medical staff in the department undergo vaccination and annual medical check-up as per the
requirement and timeline.
To be aware of all the safety codes and adhere to the related protocols
