- Team leader 1: (SWM Expert)
- Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with experience in urban infrastructure and strong background in municipal solid waste management is required.
- A minimum of 12 years of project management experience in urban infrastructure projects is required. At least 5 years of experience of working as a Team Leader in similar assignments focusing on solid waste management and other service delivery functions of ULBs.
- Has in-depth knowledge of the national and state level technical design guidelines, service level benchmarks and codes/standards that need to be complied with, while designing and implementing the municipal infrastructure project.
- Has demonstrated capabilities to lead multidisciplinary teams and to work with a range of different stakeholders.
- Has in-depth knowledge of prevailing national and state level SWM policies, regulations, and strategies.
- Experience of developing/reviewing/finalizing technical designs, feasibility reports and detailed project reports (DPRs) for urban sanitation infrastructure projects is required.
- Experience of working in projects funded by multilateral development agencies such as the World Bank, ADB, among others is required.
- Must have skills in communicating with authorities and other stakeholders.
- Has demonstrated capabilities in report writing.
