Key Purpose of the Job
- Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing /sales activities in assigned Territory / Region (After Market).
- Experience in distribution is mandatory
- Develop & build an effective dealer network for sales in after-market in the assigned Territory / Region.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Manage / Ensure accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports.
- Monitor / track closely the competitor's activity, their share and strategy in the market and take proactive steps to increase sales.
- Establish and manage effective programs to coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
- Ensure all sales executives meet or exceed all activates standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes the cycle
- Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Ensure proper adherence to all Company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- To ensure that quality assurance procedures are implemented and documents are updated for the continuation of ISO 9001 certification
- To develop innovative sales promotion schemes towards enhancing the sale of the product as well as establishing the image of the company
- Achieving the sales target in the assigned territory
