- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.
- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
- Identifies, designs and implements organizational transformation as per growth plan
- Acquire and maintain a strong understanding, of site operations and remain up to date, with knowledge of facilities and services at, all times
- Ensure recruitment administration procedures are adhered to and that new employees being recruited meet the requirements of the Company.

- 7+ years’ experience in a management role; connected with either Retail, Hospitality, MNC
- Master degree or MBA preferred
- SHRM/CIPD certification and advantage
- Global Work experience an advantage
- HR industry certification an advantage
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent command of written/spoken English. Knowledge of any other languages an advantage
- Computer literate, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills'
