Role : Clinical Key Account Management Lead
Education/Background : MSC degree in Biotechnology/Life Science/equivalent or Phd degree in Biotechnology/Life Science/equivalent. Minimum experience of 8+ years working in the sales and/or marketing of medical devices or technology solutions or consumables to CROs, Clinicians and Hospitals for Pre-Clinical, Clinical Development and Commercialization. Experience in BMT/Stem Cell Transplant Centres. Capital equipment experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- National Sales Revenue Responsibility for Clinical Portfolio
- Customer mapping and commercial strategy development as per growth ambition
- Sales Management by establishing and expanding customer base and driving sales results through distributors and own team.
- Build Key Account Management Plan for Clinical Portfolio and develop relationship with the higher management.
- Scientific engagement and market development through clinical engagement plans with key clinicians including Haematologists.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Tech Support and Field Application team to develop new customers and applications.
- Build internal capabilities for CGT process, undergo specialized trainings to handle the KAM accounts.
- Manage distributors for business delivery and business compliance.
