Responsibilities:
Company Secretarial Duties:
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including filing of necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
Manage board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
Maintain corporate records and registers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide guidance to the board of directors on corporate governance matters and regulatory changes.
Compliance Oversight:
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates to senior management.
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Customer Service Leadership:
Lead the Customer Service Department, overseeing a team of representatives to deliver exceptional service to customers.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure departmental performance and effectiveness.
Conduct regular training sessions for customer service staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, finance, and operations, to address compliance-related matters and support organizational initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between the Customer Service Department and other departments to facilitate communication and problem resolution.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities on compliance matters as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Minimum [X] years of experience in company secretarial functions, compliance management, and customer service leadership roles.
Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, statutory requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of relevant compliance software.
