We are seeking an experienced and visionary Corporate HR Personnel to lead our Human Resources department across our organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with our business goals and foster a positive and productive work environment. The Corporate HR Personnel will provide strategic direction, thought leadership, and hands-on expertise in all aspects of human resources management.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall mission, vision, and objectives.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align HR initiatives with business goals and ensure a strong organizational culture.
- Provide insights on workforce trends, talent management, and industry best practices to guide strategic decision-making.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the talent acquisition process to attract and retain top-tier talent at all levels.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including employer branding, sourcing, and selection.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and high-performing workforce.
- Employee Development and Training:
- Design and lead comprehensive training and development programs that enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
- Establish career development pathways and succession plans to foster internal growth and talent mobility.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and design relevant training interventions.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems that drive accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the design and execution of performance appraisal processes, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Implement recognition and rewards programs to acknowledge and motivate high-performing employees.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts effectively.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
- Foster open communication channels and platforms for employee feedback.
- HR Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on legal changes and proactively address potential compliance risks.
- Lead investigations into sensitive HR matters and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Change Management and Organizational Development:
- Lead change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage transitions, maintain employee morale, and achieve successful outcomes.
- HR Metrics and Analytics:
- Utilize HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on HR trends, metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant time in senior management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
