PRECONSTRUCTION & POST CONSTRUCTION STAGE
➢ Appointment of Architects and Design Consultants for the upcoming projects
➢ Coordinate with the Design Consultants for finalizing the Concept to take up the
project
➢ Engage specialized Design Consultants such as Interior Designers, Façade
Consultants, Traffic Consulta

nts, Lighting Consultants, Building Interface
Management etc wherever required
➢ Coordinate with the Design Consultants for Conceptual Design, Schematic Design
and Detailed Design Stages
➢ Interface with Management to finalize the project concept and update the stages
of development of the project
➢ Appointment of Project Management Consultants and Cost Consultants for the
project wherever required
➢ Interact with Statutory Liasioning team for statutory approvals required to start
the permanent works of the project
➢ Support to the execution team for the Preliminary works which includes Soil
Investigation, Site Survey with Contours, MEP Studies, Site Clearances, Boreholes,
Fencing etc required to start the permanent project works
➢ In-depth knowledge & exposure to Primavera/MSP on Project Scheduling &
Tracking and Delay Analysis.
➢ Preparing Budget & Cash Flow Statements and tracking the Achievement status
weekly basis.
➢ Preparing Presentations for Management Review Meetings and Performance Review
Meetings.
➢ Coordination of Key Projects for Procurement & Resource Planning for timely
completion of projects.
➢ Ensure timely procurement of major long lead items and fast-moving items through
effective planning. Responsible for preparing Monthly Material Requirement
Schedules for the project periodically.
➢ Preparation of MIS reports including DPR, WPR, MPR for Site office & Head Office
Management.
➢ Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Project Managers and Site team to ensure
interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner.
➢ Preparation of Schedules for each activity.
➢ Preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP) for the project.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
➢ Should be B.Tech / B.E Civil 12-15 yrs. of experience.
➢ Master’s in construction management would be preferred (NICMAR or any).
➢ Should have worked with reputed organizations in project / office positions.
➢ Experience in Planning for High Rise Residential Projects
➢ Must possess excellent soft skills, should also be technically strong & multi-tasking.
➢ Knowledge of Primavera/MSP is essential.
➢ SAP Working and knowledge will be an added advantage.
