Role-
•Lead employer branding events internally and externally
•Manage India-specific social media content to enhance the Eaton brand & grow engagement in target groups
•Drive innovation and creativity in employer branding initiatives
•Measure and analyze the impact of the initiatives on various metrics, including channel growth, impressions, engagements, referrals, etc
•Drive talent engagement campaign via Eightfold, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc
•Liaison with India Corp communication team & global branding team
Proposed structure -
•Report to the TA head of India directly & functionally to the TA Global branding manager
education -B. mass communication Preferred with min 3-5 years experience
