team, responsible to provide support to President of an Aviation MRO company based in
Miami, Florida and ensuring commercial Operations run smoothly. We are committed to
delivering exceptional service and solutions to our global clientele.
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic Executive
Assistant to support our President. The ideal candidate will have a decent understanding of the
aviation industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of managing
complex projects and corporate communications. This role demands a high level of
professionalism, confidentiality and ability to work across various time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive support services to the President that ensures a professional,
responsive, and effective experience with the organization as a whole.
2. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by
executives.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on
behalf of the President.
4. Manage and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including agenda
preparation and meeting follow-ups.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external clients.
6. Manage the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
7. Review, prioritize, and route correspondence to and from the President’s office.
8. Ensure confidentiality and discretion are maintained at all times.
9. Assist in project management and participate in cross-functional teams to support
organizational goals.
Qualifications:
1. MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) or other premier institute.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience with some experience on commercial aviation.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
6. Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and operate with poise under
pressure.
7. High degree of professionalism and ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including
staff, board members, and external partners.
9. Cultural awareness and sensitivity to operate effectively in a global work environment.
Working Conditions:
- The position may require travel, both domestic and international.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate international time zones may be necessary. --
