The role would involve working with different cross functional teams and hence stakeholder management & building analytics to bring out the right insights basis the needs of different stakeholders. 1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office suit2. Understanding on key levers of the P&Lo 3. Good to have experience in dashboards/ PowerBi4. Strong verbal and written communication skills Key Responsibilities: 1. Updating competitor financials (P&L and Balance Sheet) for listed (quarterly) & unlisted players (India & Other key Unilever South Asia markets)2. Tracking annual report, market performance, media performance, innovations & other competitor information regularly for external performance benchmarking to drive effective financial partnering.3. Mapping of profiles of eye-ball competitions, their profit pool analysis, value chain benchmarking, tracking of early warning signals to pre-empt next competition moves. 4. Tracking of key macro indicators & their potential impact on the industry wide trends
