Responsibilities:
Strategy -Support and Implement the short and long term HRS strategy and service delivery model
including the HR Direct deliverables
Stakeholder relationships - Establish ongoing superior relationship with teamsProactive communication/reporting, periodic operational reviews, feedback etc
High focus on employee satisfaction and building a positive brand for HR Manage Policy/process adherence, Risk management and Internal/External audit.Ensure Team development, motivation, performance and enhance the knowledge level of the team.
Follow up on performance, cost and quality, through target and KPI measurements.
Facilitate and contribute to change programs & drive continuous improvements of delivery execution.
Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvementManage specific projects as required, and participate in functional and cross-functional initiative
