Designation - Key Account Manager
Location - Bathinda, kolkata, delhi, Indore, Hyderabad
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage our B2B overseas education partner network. The KAM will be responsible for managing existing partners, increasing wallet share with Geebee, and onboarding new partners to increase our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage existing B2B partners and maintain strong relationships with them.
Identify opportunities to increase wallet share with existing partners and work towards achieving these targets.
Onboard new B2B partners and develop strong relationships with them.
Identify opportunities to increase Geebee's business through new partnerships and work towards achieving these targets.
Provide regular training and support to partners to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest information and products.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that partner needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Develop and implement strategies to improve partner engagement and satisfaction.
Regularly analyse partner performance metrics and take necessary action to improve performance.
This is an individual contributor role
Expectation from this role!
The role would require extensive travelling within the assigned territory to meet with existing and potential partners.
The Key Account Manager would be responsible for 40% of the time spent onboarding new partners, 40% of the time managing existing partners, and 20% driving any other business objectives as per business needs.
The KAM would need to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and partner acquisition, working closely with the marketing team.
The KAM would also be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the overseas education market, industry trends, and competitors to provide feedback and recommendations for business growth.
The KAM would need to regularly report on key performance indicators and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
The ideal candidate would have experience in building and maintaining relationships with B2B partners, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work independently
Requirements from the Candidate:
Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in a B2B environment.
Experience in the education industry would be an advantage, but not mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
