Job Overview: Onsite IT Project Manager
We are looking to build our IT Services capabilities to support internal and external
stakeholders. This position is for an IT Project Manager, we are building IT capabilities in order

ensuring the completion of IT projects per agreed schedule, cost and quality. This, while
collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. In this capacity, you will serve as an
individual contributor, working with key members of the COE and the global teams responsible
for project delivery and support.
Overall, the role requires strong stakeholder management, effective decision-making abilities,
effective problem solving, and the ability to manage complex IT projects. It is crucial to balance
technical expertise with effective project management to ensure the successful execution of IT
projects.Key responsibilities:
1. Identifying the opportunities to simplify and enhance IT experience for COE employees.
2. Consult with IT support and employees for simplifying problem statements and making it
easy to understand issues, and propose possible solutions.
3. Timely procurement, deployment, delivery and tracking of IT assets, and ensuring data
quality.
4. Interacting with stakeholders from different IT domains, discussing and convincing them
for solutions required. You will frequently interact with global team members, COE
stakeholders, brand stakeholders and vendors for all project matters.
5. Connect with project resources and stakeholders, review progress, and advise steps to
take.
6. Ensure timely delivery of IT infrastructure projects and improvements at the site.
Creating comprehensive plans for all IT project activities: identifying risks and challenges
and ensuring deliverables per plan. Escalate where required to draw attention to the
importance of the deliverables.
7. Delegating the project tasks to appropriate resources in IT and partnering teams
8. Setting up regular check ins and follow up calls and documenting the meeting
summaries and actions.
9. Preparing and actioning improvement items for enhancing employee experience based
on survey feedback
10. Conduct project evaluations, and document lessons learned for future projects. Maintain
accurate documentation of site IT information.
11. Lead IT communication and interaction: lead site level IT communication, and be in
continuous communication with brand stakeholders, employees, contractors and
vendors.
12. Managing IT events for employee education and awareness.Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as a project manager in 2 or 3 areas: applicationdelivery & deployment, network & data center deployment, infra upgrade / consolidation,
site IT operations, ITSM process of problem management & change management.
2. Basic work experience and knowledge of Apple DEP, Jamf, MS Autopilot, Intune
3. Experience with building content for communications to employees
4. Experience with project planning and tracking using Smartsheet, MS Excel, or Google
Sheets
5. Working knowledge of Google Workspace: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides
6. Slack, Zoom collaboration tools
7. Cisco audio-video meeting room / collaboration solutions
8. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), adapting style to audience and
situation. Ability to create and present crisp project updates, newsletters and
presentations.
9. Experience in project risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
10. Experience with project formal closure activities
11. Ability to perform under pressure and maintain a professional outlook regardless of the
situation.
12. Motivated and happy to work in a fast paced environment
13. Able to navigate ambiguities and drive for process improvement
14. Constantly demonstrates ownership and pro-activeness in seeking to improve and
optimize in anything related to their and their team’s work.
