- Specific DutiesMain Purpose of Role The Environment analyst role is responsible for: Supporting all UAT environment support requests / defects in JIRA for a team of 80staff including Root Cause analysis of issues, resolution of defects, and liaison withother operational teams for fixes. Documenting and maintaining, all UAT environment capabilities, services andfunctions. Including baseline and release config documentation.
