The responsibilities may include but may not be restricted to the following:● Gathering and Analyzing data for the business/region● Engage with decision makers on a regular basis● Identify opportunities to grow Randstad’s market share and revenue● Contribute to client engagement● Coordinating with internal stakeholder for Business proposal/Contracts/Legal etc for smooth coordination● Engage & Attract key talents for Randstad’s client/customer through guidance and career advice● Source and attract candidates by using social media, job portals, and various other databases.
