- Independently develop and expand profitable sales within the dye market in India
- Manage local accounts and portfolios efficiently, while coordinating with the headquarters team in Taiwan, and India.
- Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure business activities align with growth targets and company strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements in line with sales targets, business policies, marketing strategies, and pricing policies.
- Proactively prospect and develop new customers, identifying potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate projects aimed at increasing market share, with a specific focus on local accounts.
- Establish and manage the sales budget and forecast for the region.
- Develop strategic plans to support business growth, follow up on new leads, and drive projects forward.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with the HQ team in Taiwan and India, providing updates and reports on sales activities.
