- Responsible for generating sales for the entire Vista product range
- This role would have the following key objectives –
- Ensure high degree of engagement with distributors & retailers to ensure mindshare and sales for Vista products
- Identify and recommend distributors/retailers in allotted territory
- Work closely with distributors and retailers in developing the retail segment, doing on the ground activities, road-shows, promotions & other BTL activities
- to create a demand for Vista products in the territory
- Support distributors and retailers for non-named project sales as required
- Ensure channel partner & customer satisfaction through timely resolution of on field issues
- Build strong working relationships with decision makers and influencers (PMC, Architects, Interior Designer, Contractors, etc) so that Vista is the preferred
- recommended brand for the clients with which they are associated. Ensure decision makers and influencers are updated on the Vista product range through direct and
- indirect means
- Have a well defined weekly/monthly journey plan and execute on it consistently
- Participate, contribute and finalize Sales Projections for the distributors & retailers on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with sales management.
- Provide detailed sales forecast & sales pipeline from the distributors in the allotted region to be able to meet the projections agreed upon
- Participate, contribute and finalize qualitative KRAs and activities for the allotted region on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with sales management. Deliver on the
- qualitative measures
- Keep a close watch on competition and report back to sales management as needed
- Any other task as assigned or defined in due course
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the retail segment, with at least Territory Manager (4-5) Years Age Bracket -25- 30 Year
- Strong understanding of the retail industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Ability to travel as required.- Channel Sales Experience in Furnishing, Building Material industry. Relevant candidates with different industry experience can be considered
