- Educating and training dealers/customers/sales staff in the proper use of products
- Training medical professionals in the most appropriate use of products
- Supporting sales staff with product and clinical information
- Responding to product complaints and resolving issues within the specified timeline
- Scheduling appointments, meeting existing and new customers in order to promote product, and to determine other opportunities.
- Performing professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services while on customer’s site through the effective use of company’s sales aids and marketing data.
- Maintaining excellent customer relationship with key decision makers, doctors, key customer’s personnel and always work toward enhancing such relations and generating new client’s businesses accounts.
- Staying current with industry developments by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in medical conferences/seminars/exhibitions and providing input to Sales department
- Monitoring competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products to Sales Head in an organized, timely and effective manner.
- Conducting video training sessions for internal and external customers
- Preparing clinical material to support sales activities
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager
