- Roles & Responsibilities:• Contract Review and Modification: Thoroughly review, draft and modify commercial and federal contracts, subcontracts including, NDAs,Teaming Agreements, Work Orders and other business-related agreements. Interpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to ensure compliance in all aspects of thecontracting process.
