Roles and Responsibility:• Responsible for Sales & New Client acquisition for the GS Branch which involves team management & driving activities like mapping the market, pitching, contract negotation and sign up.• Aggressive prospecting in respective market for prospect clients and maintaining a healthy prospect funnel• Ability to build /nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels (internally and externally) for lead generation• Meeting up regularly with Strategic Heads/Business Heads/CXO levels of various companies to get insights on their HR plans and provide staffing solutions accordingly• Ensuring sign-ups with clients using pricing framework• Responsible for the complete business development cycle. Periodic reviews with his team to track of new projects, competitors activities & performance, sensing new changes in the market & evolving new models• Evolving Team SLA's specific to client requirements & business processes. Ensuring that his team• Collates inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring smooth transition of assignments"• Leading a team of BD & ensuring every one contributes in signing up a reasonable number of new clients which going forward become a key account for the branch.
