Coordinate with production on  variance issues.• Monitor key operational measurable – LE, Scrap, FPY, RC’s, energy cost – and provide  support for CI.• Plan PM Requirements for all key tooling and equipment and monitor system to ensurecompliance and performance.• Oversee the development and use of structured project plans for all product and process  launches and/or changes.• Prepare capital and expense budgets and track conformance.• Compliance of all government regulations and approvals.• Implement JH TPM Pillar activities• Active Participation in Value Stream Analysis and Improvement on the Flow and Product Throughput• Reduce the WIP and Inventory as Per the Standard Norms• Actively participate and Launch SOP for New Product and support for the Prototype build• Maintain SAP WIP accuracy at all Stage min 99% variation and Ensuring on time Back flushactivities in SAP.
