- To oversees the operations of a Modern Blanking shop having state-of-the-art Blaning presses ranging from 300T to 1000T capacity. Equipped with Automated Robotic loading / collection mechanisms.Should have basic knowledge of Blanking and Gang-punching tolings , Blanking / Automation trouble-shooting etc. Should be well -versed with OEE , OTD , Kaizen , Lean , SMED, Industry 4.0 etcExecute and Monitor Press Machines,SPM,Responsible for Poke yoke, ECN, SMEDTo oversees the operations of a Modern Blanking shop having state-of-the-art Blaning presses ranging from 300T to 1000T capacity. Also ensure compliance tostatutory cum regulatory guidelines. Strengthen site HSE activities. Implementation of Newcorporate initiatives. Implementation of best practices at site. To oversee safety in plant activitiesand associated facilities at Uppal.
