Duties & Responsibilities: - Review the accuracy of the reporting packages delivered by entities for theconsolidation process and identify ways to improve the efficiency andeffectiveness according to Group IFRS accounting rules.- Elaboration of Consolidated Financial Statements (analysis of a part of thebalance sheet, income statement and/or cash flow) and preparation of thequarterly earnings release, semi and annual reports like 20F for US filing &CSSF6 july 2026
