Developing and implementing SOP’s for route & monitoring its implementation. Developing and implementing the operational strategy to drive revenue by reducing operational cost. Monitoring expenses incurred upon BA/ DBA vehicles, monitoring BA/ DBA vehicle rate v/s market rates of vehicles.
