- Surface Preparation & Painting Operations: ● Supervise shot blasting operations to ensure effective surface treatment prior to painting. ● Oversee primer application, painting (airless spray or conventional), and drying/curing as per paint process specifications. ● Maintain records of paint usage, DFT (Dry Film Thickness), and rework instances.● Ensure correct masking, surface cleaning, and use of approved consumables and paint codes.
