- Task & Responsibilities :● Lead the tender process in a fair manner and identify Bidders that will best meet technicalrequirements, budget and schedule constrains. Understand the contractual requirements ofequipment/service to be purchased and elaborate the bid package together with the relevantdisciplines (Eng, Legal, etc)● Ensure that Vendor Qualification process is performed as per TPL COMPLAINCE/ Procedure● Issue Request For Quotation, expedite andTask & Responsibilities :● Lead the tender process in a fair manner and identify Bidders that will best meet technicalrequirements, budget and schedule constrains. Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure on-time production. Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and capacity utilization to minimize bottlenecks. Adjust production plans based on demand fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, or machine availability.2.Key Responsibilities:1.
