Develops solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexityapplying technical knowledge and experience.• Conducts routine experiments / analyses, evaluating and recording results. Mayimprovise in the application of procedures and methods during such experimentsor analyses as appropriate (e.g. ingredient adjustments, sampling modification, etc)• Provides technical lab support for PSC for product / process development.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. Communicate effectively with local and global cross-functional teams to ensure efficientbusiness support2. Organize team events and meetings and make appropriate logistical arrangements.3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees including making logistical arrangements,coordinating IT matters4.
