Key Responsibilities:  Production & Operations Management:  ● Lead day-to-day operations of black mass production including dismantling, shredding,  screening, and material segregation.  ● Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets with optimal yield and  minimal losses.  ● Monitor process parameters, downtime, and throughput to improve plant efficiency.  Process Control & Improvement:  ● Implement SOPs for all production stages
