- AVP Finance India will play a critical role to steer business to sharp path of growth leading the India FP&A and Accounts for India business to drive top line growth, improve margins and improve cash flow. A minimum of 10 to 20 years of working experience in product development and design, preferablywithin an engineering / manufacturing environment.3. Ability to lead and manage the local team across diverse portfolios / categories.
