Desired candidate should have experience in HR with atleast 5-7 years experience of heading HR functions of plant &/or multiple locations of manufacturing in  engineering industry, preferably automotive Worked as plant HR Head for atleast 5-7 yearsPreference for multiple plant handling  Key Responsibilities : The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing HR functions in Manufacturing setup-1.)
