Job Summary The position consists of working with project team to build the proposal and execution schedulesand use experience to optimize schedule to meet contract dates, run periodic look-ahead reportsand update the schedule with feedback from project team. Main Accountabilities:  Induction of new BA/DBA to meet business/ operational requirements.  Planning for network and route to achieve desired service level.  Developing and implementing SOP’s for route & monitoring its implementation.  Developing and implementing the operational strategy to drive revenue by reducing operational cost.  Monitoring expenses incurred upon BA/ DBA vehicles, monitoring BA/ DBA vehicle rate v/s market rates of vehicles. 
