The Salesforce Operations Analyst will support the ongoing support, enhancement, and optimization of the Organization's Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on Tier 1 support, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud enhancements, Case Management, and Services Scheduling through Field Service Lightning (FSL). The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are met with scalable, efficient, and user-friendly Salesforce solutions.

At least 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining Oracle databases (mandatory)Very good knowledge of query languages (SQL, PL/pgSQL),- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, bash),- Good knowledge of the AZURE environment,- Practical knowledge of Linux operating systems,- Analytical skills and problem solving,- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and procedures- Ability to work in a team and willingness to share
