- To oversees the operations of a Modern Blanking shop having state-of-the-art Blaning presses ranging from 300T to 1000T capacity. Equipped with Automated Robotic loading / collection mechanisms.Should have basic knowledge of Blanking and Gang-punching tolings , Blanking / Automation trouble-shooting etc. Should be well -versed with OEE , OTD , Kaizen , Lean , SMED, Industry 4.0 etcExecute and Monitor Press Machines,SPM,Responsible for Poke yoke, ECN, SMEDTo oversees the operations of a Modern Blanking shop having state-of-the-art Blaning presses ranging from 300T to 1000T capacity.
