Job Title – Head (Engineering, Maintenance, and Utilities) The Head-Engineering will lead the Engineering function at the Manufacturing and R&D site, covering Plant Maintenance, Utilities Operations & Maintenance, and Engineering Projects. The role is accountable for ensuring high equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, safe operations, cost control, and timely execution of capital projects while supporting production and R&D objectives. Location:

* Prepare weekly and daily production plans (rolling plans) based on order book, RM availability, line capacity, and delivery commitments. Ensure plans are communicated to all departments.* Sequence coils through the process chain: pickling → rolling → annealing → skin pass → finishing (slitting/CTL). Optimise sequence to minimise changeovers, annealing batch inefficiency, and WIP buildup.* Manage RM scheduling: coordinate with procurement on HR coil

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor daily attendance: process biometric data, track leave, flag absenteeism, and prepare attendance MIS.Coordinate recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage candidate communicationManage onboarding: prepare joining kits, conduct induction, complete documentation, and ensure new joinees are integrated smoothlyMaintain employee records: personal files, appointment letters, ID
