Roles and Responsibility:● Support large complex sales resulting in multi year multi million dollar contracts.● Use Step Edge Ahead framework to deliver multiple solo prospect client workshops which support transformative solutions.● Transform existing recruitment process through the use of data gained via Step Edge Ahead to support client recruitment evolution.● Deliver change management to support recruitment transformation and assist clients to manage expectations● Support and drive individual client opportunities as the solution architect, crafting value added recruitment solutions for RPO potential clients.● Analyze data to design solid solutions blending people, process and technology● Assist in the production of presentational material/RFP responses.● Using Step Edge Ahead qualify opportunities working with identified strategic accounts● Work with pricing to build the financial and risk profiles.● Support the implementation and operations team to get solutions in place and operating effectively. Active within the feedback loop to capture lessons learned● Strong engagement with country heads to understand productivity measures and effective pricing strategies● Assist in the on-going development of the solutions platform, including the evolution of different “modules” such as sourcing, selecting, hiring, diversity, recruitment, change management, Conduct due diligence exercises.● Proactively understand changing market conditions and recommend solution design evolution to RSR which ensures RSR maintains competitive advantage● Research clients, competitors and market conditions related to outsourcing of high volume recruiting and workforce development.● Direct contact with clients and potential clients to explain solution design elements.● Collaborates with internal departments, such as marketing sales, operations and implementation, and external partners and allies in the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and business models.● Provides support to upper management in deal negotiations, contract development, and other business development or alliance development projects.● Provides input to the management team on new product or service features to be developed to meet current and future customer needs.● Researches and is aware of new emerging technologies and trends.● Represents company at trade association meetings to promote RPO.● Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications● Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.KPI:• Improvement above last years number of new clients won• Improvement in contribution % above the last years' baseline as provided by finance• Client satisfaction survey• Adoption of SEA workshop solution design approach as evidenced by 1 SEA workshop per month• Self DevelopmentQualifications:Graduate/ Post GraduateExperience:10-12 yrs
