Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented andqualified candidates.Stakeholder management with intervention heads and SPOCs for recruitment hiring.Sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers andemployment negotiations while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.Able to close minimum 10–15
