Troubleshoot and repair vacuum systems, RF power supplies, pumps, chillers, and gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers 3.Understand and monitor etching process parameters (etch rate, selectivity, uniformity, CD profile). 4. Collaborate with process engineers to resolve process-related issues (under-etch, over-etch, particle contamination). 5.1.
