KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain and analyze comprehensive HR metrics including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, overtime, traininghours, and productivity indices• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for plant leadership and HO review• Develop dashboards and visual analytics for workforce trends, recruitment pipeline, and performance metrics• Conduct root cause analysis for attrition, absenteeism patterns, and workforce productivity issues•
