Job Summary: Monitor production schedules for Gear Cutting Machines (like Hobbing, Shaping, and Shaving ) as per planning department inputs.Allocate machines and manpower efficiently to meet daily output targets.Monitor and control cycle times, tool life, and machine utilization.Ensure adherence to quality requirements such as module, pressure angle, tooth profile, runout, and surface finish.Prepare root cause analysis of defects.Maintain rejection
