Strong knowledge of EPDM rubber properties, compounding behaviour, and testingmethods. Hands-on experience with lab instruments: Mooney Viscometer, Rheometer, TensileTester, Hardness Tester, Specific Gravity Tester, Compression Set Apparatus, etc. Good understanding of ASTM / ISO testing standards for rubber materials. Should have Strong knowledge on Test Methodologies and Test Framework.Experience in Automotive ECU / System validation across V-cycle.Strong knowledge on MATLAB/Simulink/State flow/AUTOSAR/scripts.Strong knowledge on Use case development and Test plan preparation in TPT.Good Knowledge on automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, SPI etc.ISTQB Certification Test Management will be a clear advantage.Knowledge in JIRA/DOORS/Agile22 july 2026
